My Story.

I got very lucky.

Born and raised in Niverville, Manitoba - a small town in Canada.

Growing up I was fanatical about Volleyball.

Thanks to my family, coaches, teammates and passion I had some small city success with volleyball. This brought me to Florida International University (located in Miami, FL) where I played NCAA Beach Volleyball.

I found my Love for Entrepreneurship.

In high school I started volleyball camps in my town. This led me study Business in University (an Accounting Degree - because Warren Buffet said it was the language of business).

University Years.

Along with playing Beach Volleyball, I got engaged with StartUP FIU. There I met great people, mentors and friends. I was taught how to think, self learn and what information is important.

I worked at the incubator and accelerator at StartUP FIU, participated in University Social Entrepreneurship Competitions, and learnt how to build financial models for concept stage companies and professors looking to commercialize their research.

Out of university, I worked at a firm that invested in Seed, Series A and Series B stage companies. Along with industry and business knowledge the most important thing I learnt was learning how to learn, operating in ambiguity and the importance of focus.
